Residential Second-Floor Home Remodel
The homeowner wanted a modern master bathroom, as well as updated bedrooms. MMD Construction was brought in by the client’s interior designer to update the second floor of a home that had been remodeled in the ‘90s.
“It’s always good to have your builder involved in the project from the beginning, to keep you on budget.” Milan M. Djokich
Walls were torn out, as well as all the bedrooms, to accommodate a new master bedroom and master bathroom. MMD Construction worked closely with the interior designer to bring the homeowner’s visions to life.
The new master bath features a stand-alone tub, floating cabinets, and a walk-in shower; a kitchenette and vintage beams utilized as shelving are some of the personalized touches that were added to modernize the space. In fact, the homeowner was so pleased with the work, MMD Construction is now remodeling the home’s entire first floor with new kitchen, living room, exposed beams, new doors and windows, stucco and more.
